Frank nearly allowed graphic design to distract him from his passion of acting. Growing up in a typical Anglo-Italian household, he simply had no connection to the industry so enrolled in uni after high school and an overseas trip. A chance meeting with a producer while waiting tables at his father's restaurant gave him the chance to prove he could do it - to himself as much as to anyone else! He scored an audition and won his first role on stage. On opening night the curtains caught fire. While the audience watched amused, thinking it all part of the performance, Frank valiantly put out the flames and got a round of applause. The drama reassured the young actor he could do it. Since that fateful day, Frank has gone on to appear in many plays, commercials and TV shows, including Janus and Neighbours. He also runs Masquerade Productions which tours primary schools teaching kids about Italian life, culture and history. More recently he has diverged into producing and directing, working on short films and plays. He also plays percussion and guitar in a Latin/jazz duo.
