WHAT'S THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING ON TELEVISION? The thrill of being live on air and saying to people: "Hey, this is what's happened out there today." WHAT'S THE WORST? It's not too bad, but when you want your own privacy away from TV, you sometimes find people staring at you. HAVE YOU EVER STUDIED ANOTHER LANGUAGE? Yes, I studied Italian and Latin at school and I try to use my Italian as often as possible because Italians are wonderful people with a wonderful, expressive language. WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD? Fresh seafood and good Italian food. DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS? Yes - a loyal dobermann dog. WHAT SPORT DO YOU LIKE? Football (so much so that I'm still playing), cricket, surfing, the Olympics, in fact most sports. DO YOU HAVE ANY BROTHERS AND SISTERS? Yes, a brother, Mike, who's four years younger and a sister, Michele, who's nearly two years older.
